E-commerce platform Meesho announced that its Mega Blockbuster Sale 2025 attracted a record-breaking 206 crore visits, marking one of the largest sale traffic surges in Indian online shopping history.

The sale, which ran from October 2 to October 6, witnessed massive participation from customers across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, highlighting Meesho’s growing dominance among value-conscious shoppers.

According to the company, fashion, beauty, home essentials, and electronics were the top-performing categories. Meesho said that over 70% of the orders came from smaller towns, reinforcing its position as a “Bharat-first” e-commerce brand.

During the event, sellers on the platform reportedly saw a 4x spike in sales volume, with many small businesses selling out their inventories within hours. Meesho also emphasised that its zero-commission model and simplified logistics attracted thousands of new sellers this year.

A company spokesperson added that the Mega Blockbuster Sale not only boosted consumer spending but also empowered local entrepreneurs, especially women-led businesses, to expand their reach across India.

This record-breaking milestone comes as Meesho continues to compete fiercely with e-commerce giants like Amazon and Flipkart, both of which also hosted festive sales around the same period.
