Burma Burma Crosses ₹100 Crore Revenue Milestone in FY25 | Expansion Plans Ahead

Kolkata, India — October 8, 2025:
Burma Burma, India’s leading vegetarian Burmese restaurant chain, has achieved a major business milestone by crossing ₹100 crore in revenue during FY25. Known for its authentic Burmese cuisine and vibrant dining experience, the brand continues to expand rapidly across India.

According to company sources, the strong growth was driven by new store openings, improved delivery operations, and rising demand for experiential dining. Founded by Ankit Gupta and Ankur Jain, Burma Burma has grown from a niche concept into one of India’s most admired vegetarian restaurant brands.

The brand’s unique menu—featuring dishes like Khow Suey, Tea Leaf Salad, and Burmese Samosa Soup—along with its no-alcohol, no-meat policy, has found strong appeal among urban millennials and health-conscious food lovers.

In FY25, the company also ramped up its packaged product line (including sauces, teas, and snacks) through online and retail channels, which contributed to overall revenue growth.

Burma Burma currently operates in over 10 major Indian cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune, and plans to open five more outlets by FY26.

“Crossing ₹100 crore in revenue is a reflection of India’s growing appreciation for authentic Asian cuisines and vegetarian innovation,” said Ankit Gupta, Co-founder of Burma Burma. “We are now focusing on expanding into Tier-2 cities and scaling our retail product line.”
