Astrotalk, the popular online astrology platform, is expanding into the offline world with the launch of its first-ever physical store in the Delhi-NCR region. This marks a significant milestone for the startup, which has thus far operated exclusively in the digital space.
Founded in 2017 by Puneet Gupta, Astrotalk connects users with astrologers for consultations through chat, calls, and live sessions. With over 30 million users and 15,000 astrologers on its platform, it has grown into one of India’s biggest astrology apps.
Now, by opening an offline store, the company aims to give customers a personal, face-to-face astrology experience. Visitors will be able to consult directly with astrologers, purchase gemstones, and explore other spiritual products under one roof.
This move highlights a new trend among digital-first brands expanding into the physical world to build deeper trust and credibility with customers. The Delhi-NCR store is expected to serve as a model for future outlets across India.
Speaking about the launch, Astrotalk’s founder said the step would help the company bridge the gap between online and offline astrology services. “While technology helps us reach millions, many people still prefer in-person interactions. Our store will give them that experience,” he added.
The company plans to expand its offline presence further, targeting key metro cities in the coming years.
